Vote for Our Next Dino Dig Fossil Competition – Terms & Conditions

Promoter: Little Fossil Finders (ABN: 41 101 697 695).

  1. Entry is open from 31 July and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on 31 October. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
  2. To enter, participants must submit a vote via the official Little Fossil Finders SurveyMonkey voting form, provide the requested contact information. Votes and entrant information will be collected through SurveyMonkey for the purpose of administering this competition.
  3. Limit of one entry per email/entry. Invalid, incomplete or duplicate entries may be deemed ineligible.
  4. One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
  5. The winner will receive one (1) Dino Dig Fossil Discovery Kit valued at AUD $79.95, including standard postage within Australia.
  6. The winner will be drawn and announced on Friday, 6 November.
  7. The winner will be notified via the email address provided when entering and will also be announced on the Little Fossil Finders Instagram and Facebook pages.
  8. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, Little Fossil Finders reserves the right to redraw the prize.
  9. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
  10. By entering, participants agree that Little Fossil Finders may announce the winner's first name and state (or suburb, if preferred) on its Instagram and Facebook pages.
  11. Privacy: Personal information collected through the SurveyMonkey voting form will be used solely for the purposes of administering this competition, verifying eligibility, contacting the winner and, where the entrant has provided their express consent, sending marketing communications from Little Fossil Finders. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. Information will be stored securely and will not be disclosed to third parties except where necessary to administer the competition or where required by law.
  12. Liability: To the extent permitted by law, Little Fossil Finders is not responsible for any loss, damage, expense, injury or liability suffered or incurred by any entrant arising directly or indirectly from participating in this competition or from accepting or using the prize, except where liability cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law.
  13. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook or SurveyMonkey.
  14. Little Fossil Finders reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions, suspend or cancel the competition if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make it necessary to do so.
