Shipping policy
We currently offer a $15.95 flat rate shipping Australia wide.
Processing your order usually takes 1-3 business days, however please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be shipped. If you require your order faster, please get in touch with us at hello@littlefossilfinders.com.au
*Please be aware that we are a small family business and during sales periods shipping times may be up to 7-10 business days.

Processing time 3-5 days (excluding pre-order purchases. Please read our Pre-Order T&C's below).
Transit time is dependant on the courier service however generally takes 2-7 business days domestically (November/December transit times may vary).
A parcel tracking number will be provided via email upon fulfilment of your order.
Unfortunately, we cannot control how the courier service handles your parcel, however we can control how we package your parcel for safe delivery. It is important to us that you receive your order in perfect condition. Please lodge delivery complaints with Australia Post.
Please note: - If your parcel is returned to us due to changed address, and we were not informed of this changed address before sending, you will be required to pay additional shipping to resend your parcel.
Pre-Order Terms & Conditions
All pre-order products are treated separately to in-stock items. We recommend you order pre-order items in a separate transaction to in-store items. If a customer has purchased both pre-order and in-stock items in one single transaction, we won’t post the order until all products have arrived in store and are available to post. We will notify you of your order status and when all products become available to post.
You will be advised of the estimated shipping time on the product listing. When you make a purchase, you agree to the pre-order terms and conditions, and no refund will be granted for change-of-mind or any circumstances.
No refunds on pre-order products. We will only allow a refund or exchange on pre-order items, if the order arrives damaged or faulty when received. Please contact us immediately upon receiving the product (arrival day).
Our estimated arrival date is ESTIMATED. Unfortunately, things out of our control such as manufacturing delays and shipping may happen. We will contact you via email if this does occur to advise of a new ETA. Please also keep an eye out on our social pages for product arrival updates.
